PEOPLE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400g cicerchia<\/li>\n<li>1 bay leaf<\/li>\n<li>1 red onion or leek<\/li>\n<li>1 large potato<\/li>\n<li>Salt to taste<\/li>\n<li>2 sage leaves<\/li>\n<li>1 stick of celery<\/li>\n<li>1 clove of garlic<\/li>\n<li>1 ripe tomato<\/li>\n<li>1\/2l vegetable broth<\/li>\n<li>1 rosemary sprig<\/li>\n<li>5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>METHOD:<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nSoak the cicerchia for 24 hours and change the water at least once, then rinse them. Mince the onion and celery and cut the potatoes and tomato into cubes. Fry the whole garlic in 4 tablespoons of oil and then remove it and add the celery and onion and let it dry; then add the potatoes, tomato, bay leaf and cicerchia then season with salt and pepper. Cook for about an hour over low heat, adding the vegetable broth, stirring occasionally.
