400g lentils<br \/>\n\u2022 1 red onion from Tropea<br \/>\n\u2022 5\/6 mint leaves<br \/>\n\u2022 1 avocado<br \/>\n\u2022 1 Genoese courgette (cut into cubes and marinated in oil and lemon)<br \/>\n\u2022 half a cucumber<br \/>\n\u2022 1 tuft of rocket<br \/>\n\u2022 1 tuft of songino<br \/>\n\u2022 6\/8 pieces of datterino tomatoes<br \/>\n\u2022 ginger either grated or powdered<br \/>\n\u2022 salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 a pan with water, 10 minutes after boiling, add the salt. Cook for about 30\/40 minutes with the bay leaf (to be removed later). Drain, rinse and season with oil. Cut the avocado, cucumber, datterino tomatoes and Tropea onion into cubes. Finely slice the celery stick, combine all the previously diced ingredients and the marinated courgette and combine everything with the lentils. Season with ginger, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
