Sicilian Terravecchia almonds<\/li>\n<li>3 fresh eggs<\/li>\n<li>180g sugar<\/li>\n<li>100ml orange juice<\/li>\n<li>Grated zest of 1 organic orange<\/li>\n<li>80ml sunflower seed oil<\/li>\n<li>200g 00 flour<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp baking powder<\/li>\n<li>A pinch of salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-998241e\" data-id=\"998241e\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap --e-global-color-196036f );\">METHOD:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<div>In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Combine the orange juice, grated zest and seed oil, stirring gently.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Add the sifted flour, ground Sicilian almonds and baking powder. Mix with a spatula until the mixture is smooth.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured cake mold. Bake in a static oven preheated to 180\u00b0C (350\u00b0F) for about 35 to 40 minutes.
